Questions
Should we build a mobile app or a web application?
We build both, so we have no reason to push one. Start with the web unless you need deep device features or your users already live in app stores. A web app reaches more people for less, and can be made installable; a mobile app makes sense when the phone itself is the product.
Can a web application work offline?
Parts of it can. We design which actions need to work without a connection and sync when the connection returns.
How do you handle security?
Authentication, access control, encrypted connections and careful handling of personal data under Nigerian data protection law are part of the build, not extras.
