Privacy notice

Tekora Services is operated by Tekora Global LTD (“we”). This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

• Project enquiries. When you use our project form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and information about your project.
• Emails. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

What we don’t do

This site does not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. Your theme choice and any unsent form draft are stored only in your own browser, and never sent to us until you submit the form.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and to discuss a potential project. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where we move towards working together, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we begin working together.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers for hosting and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and may be located outside Nigeria, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@tekoraservices.com and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
