E-commerce development for Nigerian and African brands
Make it easy for customers to buy from you
We design and build online stores that help customers find the right product, trust what they see, pay the way they prefer and know when it will arrive. Then we build the order, payment and stock system that runs behind it.
- Paystack, Flutterwave or the provider you already use
- You own your store, its data and its accounts
- Reply within two working days
Getting people to your store is only half the job
Most sales aren’t lost to price. They’re lost to doubt and effort somewhere between the first look and the payment.
It’s slow on a phone
Customers on mobile data leave before the product photos finish loading.
Products don’t sell themselves
Small photos, thin descriptions and no sizing help leave customers guessing.
Nothing says you’re trustworthy
No reviews, no returns policy, no sign of a real business behind the page.
Delivery is a mystery
Customers can’t see what delivery costs or when it arrives until it’s too late, or at all.
Checkout asks too much
Forced sign-up, long forms and surprise fees right at the moment of paying.
Payment fails, and the sale goes with it
A declined card with no other option, or a transfer nobody confirms for hours.
Visitors don’t become customers on their own. The store has to do that work
What a store that sells actually does
An online store is not a catalogue. It has five jobs, and every page we design is judged against them.
Attract
Help the right customers find you, and find the right product once they arrive. Search, clear categories and pages that load fast.
Build trust
Make a first-time customer comfortable paying a business they’ve never bought from. Real photos, reviews, clear policies and a real business behind it.
Convert
Make buying easy. Clear prices, simple choices, delivery costs up front and a short checkout.
Process
Take payment reliably, confirm it, and turn it into an order your team can fulfil without chasing anyone.
Retain
Make the second order easier than the first. Accounts, order history, updates and reasons to come back.
From DMs to a store that takes orders
Many brands sell well through Instagram and WhatsApp until the volume makes every order a conversation. Here is how the same sale runs with a store behind it.

- Person“Is it available in my size?” You check the shelf

A product page has seven questions to answer
In a shop, customers ask them out loud. Online, if the page doesn’t answer, they leave or send a DM. We design every product page to answer all seven.
What is it?
A clear name and large photos from every angle, so nobody has to imagine it.
Why should I want it?
Benefits first, then the fabric, size and specification details for people who need them.
How much does it cost?
The full price, with any discount, shown plainly. No “DM for price”.
Is it available?
Stock shown for the size or colour selected, before they reach checkout.
Can I trust the seller?
Reviews from real buyers, a returns policy and a real business behind the store.
How will I receive it?
Delivery cost and timing for their location, on the product page.
What if there’s a problem?
Returns and support explained, with a quick way to ask a question.
Checkout is where sales are won or lost
By the time customers reach checkout, they’ve decided to buy. Our job is to get out of their way.
Guest checkout
No forced account. Customers can create one after paying, with their details already filled in.
Only the fields you need
Phone, address and delivery option, with the delivery fee shown before payment.
A clear order summary
Product, size, quantity, delivery and total, visible throughout.
Payment that recovers
If a payment fails, the cart is kept and the customer can try again or choose another method.
Instant confirmation
An on-screen and emailed confirmation with an order number and what happens next.
Payment status you can trust
Orders are marked paid only once the payment provider confirms it, never on a screenshot.
Let customers pay the way they already trust
We integrate Paystack, Flutterwave or another provider that suits your market, and design checkout around the methods your customers actually use.
Cards
Local and international cards, through your payment provider.
Bank transfer
Transfers confirmed automatically by the provider, so nobody checks screenshots.
USSD
For customers who prefer it, where your provider supports it.
Local currencies
Naira, and cedis, shillings or rand where you sell beyond Nigeria and your provider supports them.
On every store we build
- Every payment verified with the provider before an order is marked paid
- Payment status recorded on every order
- Failed and abandoned payments handled, not lost
- Card details handled by the provider, never stored on your store
The methods available depend on your payment provider and your account with them. We confirm exactly what your customers will see before we build.
Your store and WhatsApp, working together
Many customers will still want to ask a question before they buy. A good store doesn’t fight that. It makes the conversation lead back to checkout.
Ready to buy
- Sees your post
- Opens the product page
- Checks price, size and delivery
- Pays at checkout
Has a question
- Opens the product page
- Taps “Ask on WhatsApp”
- Gets an answer from your team
- Returns to the same product and pays
Product questions
A WhatsApp button on product pages that opens a chat with the product already named.
Order updates
Confirmation and delivery updates sent on WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, for customers who agree to receive them.
Cart reminders
A reminder to customers who agreed to hear from you and left something in their cart.
Automated WhatsApp messages need a WhatsApp Business Platform account and approved message templates. We set this up with you and tell you what each message costs to send.
The system behind the storefront
What customers see is half of an online store. The other half is how orders, payments and stock are handled once they press pay.
Orders
Every order in one place, with its payment, delivery and fulfilment status.
Products and stock
Add products, update prices and track stock by size or colour, without a developer.
Customers
Contact details and order history, so your team can help without searching chats.
Notifications
Your team hears about new orders and low stock. Customers hear about their order.
Work that runs itself
Once the store is in place, the repetitive steps around each order can run on their own.
See what else can be automated- New order
- Customer confirmation
- Stock updated
- Team notified
- Added to packing list
- Payment received
- Verified with the provider
- Order marked paid
- Receipt sent
- Stock running low
- Alert to whoever reorders
- Cart left behind
- Reminder to customers who agreed to hear from you
Answer “how will I get it?” before they ask
Delivery is one of the biggest reasons Nigerian shoppers hesitate. We make it clear from the product page onwards.
Delivery zones and fees
Fees by state, city or area, calculated at checkout from the customer’s address.
Pickup
Collection from your shop or a pickup point, where you offer it.
Courier connections
Orders sent to your courier automatically, where the courier offers an integration.
Tracking and updates
Customers can see where their order is, so they don’t need to ask.
Built for the phone in your customer’s hand
Most of your customers will see your store on a phone, often a mid-range Android on mobile data. We design for that first, not as a smaller version of the desktop store.
Fast on mobile data
Images resized and compressed for each screen, and as little code as possible.
Easy with one thumb
Large buttons, a cart and checkout that are always within reach.
Readable without zooming
Prices, sizes and delivery details sized for small screens.
Tested on real phones
On throttled networks and the devices your customers use, not just a laptop.
Google PageSpeed Insights scored our own site, tekoraservices.com, 100 for performance on mobile on 29 September 2026. We hold the stores we build to the same standard.
Ready for your marketing from day one
Your store is where your ads, posts and emails send people. We build it to measure what those campaigns bring in.
Measurement
- Google Analytics with e-commerce events
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Campaign tracking with UTM links
Selling tools
- Discount codes and promotions
- Campaign landing pages
- Email sign-up

Every store is built search-ready. Ongoing SEO, such as content and search campaigns, is a separate service you can add. We don’t promise rankings, because nobody honestly can.

Want your store built with the same care?
Build my storeIs a store right for you now?
Not every business needs a custom store yet. Here is how to tell.
A good fit if
- You sell physical or digital products and want to sell beyond DMs
- Taking and confirming orders by hand is slowing you down
- Your current store gets visitors but not enough orders
- You need Paystack, Flutterwave, delivery or stock that actually works
- You want to run campaigns and see what they sell
- You’re building a commerce business that needs to grow
Maybe not yet if
- You sell a handful of products to people who know youA WhatsApp Business catalogue may be enough for now. We’ll tell you if it is.
- You haven’t sold the product yetProve people want it first. A simple landing page can test demand. See website development
- Your problem is the work behind the orders, not the storeAutomating the process may help more than a new storefront. See business automation
Priced for your store, not a template
A store for twenty products with delivery in one city is a different project from a marketplace with stock across three warehouses. We price after we understand what you sell and how. You get a written scope and a fixed price for that scope.
Starting price₦850,000
- ₦850k – ₦1.5m
- Standard e-commerce
- ₦1.5m – ₦4m+
- Advanced e-commerce
- ₦4m+
- Marketplaces and highly customised commerce
Most projects land inside a typical range. Your proposal gives the fixed price for your scope
What shapes the cost
- Number and complexity of products
- Design requirements
- Platform choice, established or custom
- Payment and delivery integrations
- Stock and order management
- Custom features and third-party systems
- Automation and marketing setup
- Migrating from an existing store
What you can count on
Building a store is a commitment. Here is how we take the risk out of it.
- Ownership
- The store, its data, its accounts and any code we write are yours, whoever hosts it. No lock-in.
- Running it yourself
- You add products, change prices and manage orders without a developer. We train your team and leave written guides.
- Testing
- We place real orders on phones and slow networks, including failed payments, before anyone else can.
- Hosting
- We can host and look after the store for you, or set it up on your own accounts.
- After launch
- Support to fix issues, ongoing maintenance, and improvements based on how customers actually shop.
- A fixed scope
- A written scope and a fixed price for it. Changes are agreed before they happen.

How much does an e-commerce website cost?
Online stores start from ₦850,000, and most standard stores fall between ₦850k and ₦1.5m. The final price depends on how many products you sell, how custom the design is, and what the store needs to connect to: payments, delivery, stock and marketing tools. After a short conversation we send a written scope with a fixed price for that scope.
How long does it take to build an online store?
Stores on established platforms can launch in four to eight weeks. Custom stores and marketplaces take longer and are planned in releases, so you can start selling before everything is built.
Should my store be on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom-built?
It depends on your catalogue, your team and your plans. We recommend the simplest option that won’t limit you in two years, and explain why before you commit.
Can you redesign my existing store?
Yes. We start by finding where customers drop off, using your analytics and by shopping the store ourselves, then fix the pages and steps that cost you the most sales.
Can you integrate Paystack or Flutterwave?
Yes. We integrate either, or another provider that suits your market, and verify every payment with the provider before an order is marked paid.
Can customers pay by bank transfer?
Yes, through payment providers that support transfers. The provider confirms the transfer to your store, so nobody has to check a screenshot or a banking app.
Can I sell through my website and WhatsApp?
Yes. Product pages can include a WhatsApp button that opens a chat about that product, and customers who agree can get order updates on WhatsApp. Your team answers questions there and sends customers back to the store to pay.
Can you integrate delivery services?
Yes. Delivery fees can be calculated by zone at checkout, and orders can be sent to your courier automatically where the courier offers an integration. If yours doesn’t, we make handing over orders as quick as possible.
Can I manage products myself?
Yes. You add products, photos, prices and stock from an admin dashboard without a developer, and we train your team before launch.
Can you migrate my existing products and customers?
Yes. We move products, images, customers and order history from your current platform, and redirect old links so search engines and returning customers still find you.
Can you add the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics?
Yes. We set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics with e-commerce events, and campaign tracking, so you can see which ads and posts lead to sales.
Can you help with SEO?
Every store we build is search-ready: fast pages, clean URLs, product structured data and sitemaps. Ongoing SEO is a separate service you can add. We don’t promise rankings, because nobody honestly can.
Can you build a custom e-commerce platform or marketplace?
Yes. When an established platform can’t do what you need, such as several sellers, subscriptions or your own pricing rules, we design and build a custom platform in planned releases.
Do you maintain the store after launch?
Yes. We offer support and maintenance after launch, can host the store for you, and can keep improving it based on how customers shop. Or we hand everything over to your team with documentation.
