Business automation for Nigerian and African companies
Automate the work your team keeps repeating
Every new customer shouldn’t mean more copying, chasing and checking. We map how work moves through your business, find the steps people repeat, and connect the tools you already use so those steps run on their own.
- Works with the tools you already use
- Every workflow monitored and documented
- Reply within two working days
New enquiry from WhatsApp
- Message received
- Name, need and budget saved to the CRM
- Read and marked as a serious buyerAI
- Assigned to the sales team
- Reply sent with prices and next steps
- Follow-up set for Thursday
Your salesperson picks up a qualified lead with the history attached
Your business has grown. The way it runs hasn’t
If several of these sound familiar, your team is doing work that software could be doing.
- The same details are typed into three different places
- Leads arrive on WhatsApp, Instagram, email and the website, and nobody is sure who replies
- Invoices and receipts are prepared by hand
- Someone spends Monday morning rebuilding last week’s report
- Approvals sit in a WhatsApp chat until someone scrolls up
- Onboarding one new customer takes a dozen messages
- Staff spend hours moving information between spreadsheets
- Customers wait because something internal is slow
- Important follow-ups depend on one person remembering
- When a key person is away, part of the business stops
Your business should not need more manual work every time it grows
What manual work really costs
Staff hours are the cost you can see. The larger costs are harder to spot, and they grow with every new customer.
Leads that go cold
An enquiry answered tomorrow can be an enquiry lost to whoever answered today.
Customers kept waiting
Every handover between people adds a delay the customer feels and you don’t see.
Mistakes in the data
Each time a figure, name or amount is retyped, it has a chance to change.
Work done twice
Two people update the same record, or the same report is built in two departments.
Bottlenecks
Work queues behind the one person who knows how it is done.
An inconsistent experience
Customers get a different service depending on who happens to handle them.
Everything routes through the founder
Approvals and answers wait for you, so the business moves at the pace of your inbox.
Problems found too late
Without current numbers, issues surface at month end instead of the day they start.
A ceiling on growth
When every new customer adds manual work, growing means hiring just to keep up.
The same work, done two ways
Common processes in growing businesses, before and after automation. People stay where their judgement matters.

Not sure which process to start with? That is what the free audit is for
Book a free automation auditWhere AI makes automation smarter
Most automation follows rules. Some work needs reading and interpretation first. That is where AI earns its place.
Automation
Handles the predictable
When this happens, do that. Moving data, creating records, sending messages and reminders, exactly the same way every time.
AI
Handles what needs interpreting
Understanding a customer’s message, pulling figures from a scanned invoice, deciding which team a request belongs to.
Together
Workflows that cope with real life
The routine runs on rules, the messy parts are read by AI, and anything uncertain goes to a person to check.
What AI can take on
- Read invoices, receipts, forms and IDs
- Classify and route enquiries
- Summarise long threads and documents
- Qualify leads from their messages
- Draft replies for your team to approve
- Answer staff questions from your own documents
We use AI only where rules can’t do the job, keep a person reviewing anything uncertain, and choose providers that don’t train on your data.
More on AI automationWhat this looks like in practice
Workflows that suit businesses across Nigeria. Yours will be shaped around how your team actually works.
Real estate
Enquiries from property sites, Instagram and WhatsApp land in one list, get an instant reply with matching listings, and viewings are confirmed and reminded the day before.
Schools
Parents who enquire get the right fees schedule and admission steps immediately, and the admissions team sees every applicant’s stage in one place.
NGOs
Programme applications are collected, checked for missing documents, routed to reviewers and summarised in a report for funders.
E-commerce
Customers get payment, dispatch and delivery updates on WhatsApp or email without anyone typing them, and low stock raises an alert.
Professional services
A signed engagement letter creates the client folder, task list, invoice and welcome email in one step.
Healthcare
Appointment requests are booked and confirmed automatically, and patients get a reminder the day before.
Financial services
Applications are checked for completeness, key details are read from uploaded documents, and each file is routed for approval with a record of who did what.
Management
A weekly report built from sales, finance and operations data arrives every Monday, with anything unusual flagged at the top.
How we work
Six stages, each ending in something you can see and approve. You decide what gets automated, and in what order.

Your processes, written down as they are
Every step, tool, handover and delay, including the workarounds nobody mentions.
You get Process maps you keep
Prioritise
Find the work worth automating
We rank processes by time spent, error risk and how often they run, and say plainly which are not worth automating.
You get An automation plan with a price for each workflow
Build
Connect your systems, step by step
We design each workflow, including what happens when something goes wrong, and build it.
You get Working automation to test
Test and launch
Real cases, edge cases, then live
Tested with your real data and the people who will use it, then switched on with monitoring in place.
You get Live workflows, documentation and training
Improve
Adjust as the business changes
Optional ongoing support to refine workflows, add new ones and keep everything running.
You get Automation that keeps up with you
Individual workflows are often live within two to four weeks. Larger programmes are delivered in phases, starting with the process that saves the most time.
Works with the tools you already use
You rarely need new software. We connect what your team already relies on, and only suggest replacing a tool when it is the real bottleneck.

If a tool has an API, webhooks or a way to export data, we can usually connect it. If it has none of these, we’ll tell you in the audit.
Behind the scenes we use workflow platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier, AI models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic, or custom code where volume, reliability or cost calls for it. We choose the simplest option that will hold up, and explain why.
Estimate the manual work in your business
A rough sense of scale before you talk to anyone. It measures time spent on repetitive work, not guaranteed savings.
Repetitive work in your business each year
- Equal to
- 17 full working weeks
People × hours per week × 46 working weeks. This is an estimate of time spent, not a promise of savings. Automation usually removes part of this work, not all of it, and the audit tells you which part.

Is automation right for your business?
Not every business needs it yet. Here is how to tell.
A good fit if
- Your team repeats the same tasks every day or week
- You use several tools that don’t talk to each other
- Staff copy information from one place to another
- Leads need manual follow-up
- Reports take hours to put together
- Approvals are slow
- You, or one person, have become the bottleneck
- You are growing, and the workload is growing with you
Probably not yet if
- Your processes still change every few weeks
- A task happens a few times a month and takes minutes
- The real gap is a missing tool or a missing hire
If automation isn’t the answer, we’ll say so in the free audit.
Start with a free automation audit
Automation varies widely, so the figures here are a starting point. Two workflows that sound alike can differ in systems, volume and exceptions. So we start by looking at how work moves through your business. The audit is free, and there is no obligation to build anything.
Starting price₦600,000
- ₦600k – ₦1m
- Simple automation
- ₦1m – ₦2.5m
- Multi-step automation
- ₦2.5m – ₦5m+
- Advanced business automation
Most projects land inside a typical range. Your proposal gives the fixed price for your scope
What the audit gives you
- The processes costing you the most time and mistakes
- Which are worth automating, and which are not
- A suggested order, starting with the quickest win
- A written scope and price before any build starts
What affects the price
- How many workflows, and how many steps each
- The systems involved, and whether they have APIs
- Volume and reliability requirements
- Whether AI is involved, and how much review it needs
- Security and data protection requirements
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance

How much does automation cost?
Automation starts from ₦600,000 for a simple workflow. The final price depends on the number of workflows, the systems involved, the volume they handle and whether AI is part of it. The audit is free and gives you a written scope and price for each workflow before any build starts, so you can begin with one and decide from there.
How long does implementation take?
Individual workflows are often live within two to four weeks. Larger programmes are delivered in phases, starting with the process that saves the most time, so you see results before the whole programme is finished.
Can you automate our existing systems?
Usually, yes. If a system has an API, webhooks or a way to export data, we can normally connect it. When a system offers none of these, we tell you during the audit and suggest the next best option.
Do we need to replace our software?
Rarely. Most automation connects the tools you already use. We only suggest replacing a tool when it is the actual bottleneck, and we explain why.
Can you integrate WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform: instant replies, order and payment updates, reminders, and passing conversations to the right person. Messages your business starts follow WhatsApp’s rules on approved templates and customer consent.
Can you integrate our CRM?
Yes. Most CRMs can be connected through their APIs, and so can a spreadsheet you use as one. If you don’t have a CRM yet, we can help you choose one that fits how you sell.
Can you integrate Paystack or Flutterwave?
Yes. Both send a notification the moment a payment succeeds, so invoices can be marked paid, receipts sent and orders released without anyone checking the bank app.
Can automation work with Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Google Sheets connects directly, and so do Excel files kept in Microsoft 365. Spreadsheets are often a good place to start, and we’ll tell you when your data has outgrown one.
Can AI be included?
Yes, where it helps: reading documents, understanding messages, summarising information and drafting replies. We use it only where rules can’t do the job, and a person reviews anything the AI is unsure about.
Will my staff need technical knowledge?
No. Your team keeps using familiar tools such as email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. We document every workflow and show the people who use it how it works and what to do if something looks wrong.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every workflow we build alerts a named person when something fails, retries automatically where it is safe to, and keeps a log of what happened. We also document how to do each step by hand, so the work can carry on while it is fixed.
Can you maintain the workflows?
Yes. Ongoing support is optional and covers monitoring, fixes, changes when your tools update, and new workflows as you grow.
Who runs the workflows, and who owns them?
Whichever suits you. We can run and monitor the workflows for you, or set them up on accounts in your own name if you prefer to manage them yourself. Either way, the workflows and their documentation are yours, so another team could take over without starting again.
Is our data safe?
Each workflow gets access only to the data it needs, and is designed for compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act. When AI is involved, we choose providers that don’t train on your data.
Is automation suitable for small businesses?
Often, yes, as long as a task repeats often enough to be worth it. Small teams gain the most when one person’s day is full of copying, chasing and reminding. If a process is too small to justify automating, we’ll say so.
